8:15am - Level 3, Vinyasa with Gina - Fast Paced Heated Vinyasa Flow

9:30am - Meditation in Motion Flow with Gina. Warm smooth connection of pose and breath, some vinyasa, practicing between Level 1 & 2

3:45pm — Hiatus for Camps & Summer Scheduling

Kids Combo Dance Ages 7-10

Dance Class fused elements of Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Acrobatics. Leotard and tights required, with appropriate footwear. No jewelry, candy or gum. Hair must be pulled back away from face.

Tuesday

9:30am - Moderate Flow with Gina -

Practice Between Levels 1.5 & Level 2.5

5:30 pm Adult Tap Dance

In tap, we warm up the foot using all parts of the foot. We use balance and percussive cadence to create sound and movement. There will be warm-ups, across the floor center work and a combination to add on to each week.

A showcase will be held at the end of each session.

Wednesday

9:30am East Tai Chi - QiJong with Corey

Tai Chi Easy is a qigong style practice developed by Dr. Roger Jahnke. Easy Tai Chi Qigong consists of classic and simple Qigong, including the four essential Qi cultivation methods - gentle fluid movement, breath work, self massage and meditation. It can done by anyone at any level, standing or seated. The benefits include lower blood pressure, improved blood circulation, immune support, bone health, digestive health, stress, and overall well being.

6:30 pm Mid Week Flow with Gina -

Warm, moving like honey in this flow, that connects breath and movement with a meditation in motion philosophy.

10am Gentle with Fran

Gentle Yoga, with some chair assistance, for restoration and arthritis management.
